Staff were very amiable and friendly efficient at any hour!!
The room I booked was new-fashioned and high quality, complete with bath, nice bathroom and balcony. The location was MAGNIFICENT right down to the WC in shopping Mall. I was surprised at nearby Cafe Berlin, they had some goodies, drinks.

Liked our top-class rooms, plus the staff was THOUGHTFUL. It was in a perfect and excellent location with Alfie Atkins Cultural Centre nearby. There were a market and a convenience shop around the hotel.

Every time we stay in Gothenburg, we like to stay here. the hotel is perfect, with very helpful and friendly efficient staff. - the lobby bar adds a nice touch to the overall experience. - the location is unbeatable, being just a 10 minutes' walk to a floating maritime museum.

In the room with the big comfy bed, there was everything I needed. the decoration was lovely, and even included a bathtub 🛁. the service was quick and smooth.

Very friendly and helpful staff with quality bathing products.
Some rooms were very far from the lift which makes those rooms very inconvenient. Some rooms were also a little too small, feels very cramped.

It's a beautifully designed and comfortable hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice is great.
Although the central location made it easy for sightseeing, our rooms were in the front, directly opposite a noisy bar which played loud music until 3am. Although I recommend this hotel, I would only stay there again if I got a room at the back, away from the noise.
