Staff were very amiable and friendly efficient at any hour!!

The room I booked was new-fashioned and high quality, complete with bath, nice bathroom and balcony. The location was MAGNIFICENT right down to the WC in shopping Mall. I was surprised at nearby Cafe Berlin, they had some goodies, drinks.

Magnificent, unbeatable location in centre right. Reasonably priced food quality...

When I raised the issue with the front desk, I was told that there was nothing they could do. It was not the restful stay I had hoped for.

Liked our top-class rooms, plus the staff was THOUGHTFUL. It was in a perfect and excellent location with Alfie Atkins Cultural Centre nearby. There were a market and a convenience shop around the hotel.

Can just recommend for a city trip

Comfortable bed, stylish room, with the added perk of a lovely rooftop pool and a central location, made it easy to explore the city on foot.

Some rooms were very far from the lift which makes those rooms very inconvenient. Some rooms were also a little too small, feels very cramped.

It's a beautifully designed and comfortable hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice is great.

Although the central location made it easy for sightseeing, our rooms were in the front, directly opposite a noisy bar which played loud music until 3am. Although I recommend this hotel, I would only stay there again if I got a room at the back, away from the noise.

The room was great, with air conditioning, a large balcony, a lovely spa bath, and a comfortable seating area. I appreciated the bathrobe, slippers, and quality toiletries. The breakfast was very nice, with freshly baked croissants and various organic juices. The rooftop pool had fine city views and was a perfect relaxation spot.

This is a modern hotel but the design of the rooms has been well thought out. the only hotel I Have stayed in with a Feng Shui certtificate in the lift and it does have a nice feel to it. Very high quality restaurant serving excellent lunches dinners and breakfasts. Very much an in-place with lots of people eating there all day. Great location in the centre of Gothenburg with only a few steps to the Meat Market and trips on the canals. A very comfortable place to stay.
